Artist: Michael W. Bates is a member of the Yankton Sioux Tribe of Marty, South Dakota. Born October 19, 1955, the artist has produced a number of limited edition prints under the name Redfeather.

  Sandra Trevathan Faltemier specializes in regional and community planning. She has served in the areas of public service and economic development for 30 years. She holds a BS in Sociology from Morningside College, Sioux City, IA. She has assisted cities, counties, solid waste boards, planning and development districts and private clients with grant development, contract administration and management/marketing plans in the states of Iowa, Arkansas, Texas and South Dakota. She has been involved with the development of needs assessments, including over 10 years of survey development and report writing. She has extensive experience in managing infrastructure projects; obtaining easements; working with architects, engineers, archaeologists, sanitation officers and state and federal funding sources. She has conducted public hearings in Iowa, Nebraska, Arkansas and Texas. She assisted with a twelve-county economic development strategy in east Arkansas. She has written reports provided to the U.S. Department of Commerce and U.S. Department of Transportation - National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. The latter are listed among Library of Congress documents.

As President of STF & Associates, Inc., she is involved with community development, most recently assisting Brookings County, South Dakota with funding research for the adaptive reuse of a 1921 middle school, proposed to be used as an administrative facility. She has been a Planner for an Interstate Metropolitan Planning Council; a Planner for a Planning & Development District; a Program Manager for Houston/Harris County Area Agency on Aging, where she led the Elder Rights Division. Ms. Faltemier was co-owner of Arkansas Professional Network in Jonesboro, Arkansas, a Planning/Management Consulting Business. She assisted cities, counties and planning and development districts, as well as private client

Ms. Faltemier founded STF & Associates, Inc. in September 2000. The organization is an s-corporation,incorporated in the State of South Dakota October 16, 2000. In addition to Planning/Management Consulting. Michael W. Bates, Dakota Sioux Artist also provides unique beadwork items upon request.
